WELL-BEING WEDNESDAY!

Today at Well-being Wednesday we enjoyed a relaxing session of yoga. There was lots of breathing, movement and calmness within the group. We fuelled up with fresh fruit afterwards and have gone home feeling very Zen. 🧘‍♀️🙏😎
