Our Primary 2 class recently welcomed families to a very special assembly about kindness.
The children confidently shared their learning about how plants grow from tiny seeds into beautiful flowers. They explained the importance of water, sunlight and care, and even demonstrated the growing process with lovely actions.
The focus of the assembly was on kindness and how it can grow just like a plant. The children spoke clearly about what kindness means and gave wonderful examples of how they show it every day in school—helping others, sharing, using kind words and including everyone.
A highlight of the assembly was a thoughtful video showing how kindness can spread from one person to another. The children then reminded us all of the small ways we can help kindness grow in our own lives. The assembly ended with a joyful performance of The Kindness Song.
We are incredibly proud of all the P2 pupils for their confidence, enthusiasm and teamwork. They showed how kindness can blossom in our school community 🌼
