What a lovely morning we had welcoming Clare from Little Steps with Clare for a relaxing and informative reflexology session. 👣✨
Our mums dropped the children off, enjoyed a cup of tea and a delicious freshly baked scone from Anne’s Cafe Portrush ☕ before joining the little ones, who had their feet ready for some well-deserved relaxation!
Clare shared the many benefits of reflexology, including helping with relaxation and sleep, anxiety and transitions, as well as toileting and digestion. Mums also learned simple techniques they can continue to use at home with their children.
