A team of girls represented the school at last week’s Lauren Wade Cup. They did fantastically well, getting best 2-1 in the shield final by Harpur’s Hill.
In the group stage we beat Leaney 6-1, drew 1-1 with Irish Society and got beat 1-0 by Ballymoney Model. That set up a semi-final against Millburn which we won 4-1.
Well done to all the girls and thanks to the IFA for allowing the children have their photo taken with the U17s Euro trophy.
